LUSH M’Bro Blogger Event

On Thursday I went to my first ever blogger event! It was held by and at my local Lush, in Middlesbrough. The lovely ladies from Lush invited all local bloggers to come and check out their new gorilla perfume which launched on Friday 20th February. Lush has had perfumes for years, however on Friday they released three new scents to their perfume line; Kerbside Violet, Death and Decay and All Good Things –  which all smell lovely.

As well as learning about the perfumes and the Lush’s Mothers Day collection we got to make a face-mask as a collective group! The one we made was Catastrophe Cosmetic and after witnessing what went into it (fresh blueberries being one of the ingredients) I can promise it really is ALL natural ingredients.

Me adding in one of the essential oils for the face-mask!

All of us dived in to bind the ingredients – squelchy!

Had such a lovely time at the @lushmiddlesbrough #gorillaperfume launch #lushmiddlesbrough #bbloggers

I had a really good time at the event and can’t wait for more! It was really lovely meeting bloggers even though I am incredibly shy! I found out a lot about Lush and can’t wait to try more of the products, I think the solid shampoo bars are next! Hope you enjoyed reading this post! A HUGE thanks to the lovely ladies at Lush Middlesbrough for putting the event on, it was fabulous and really enjoyable –  well done!

PS If you pop into Lush in Middlesbrough be sure to take a photo and use #lushmiddlesbrough
